Challenge

A Windows Server IIS website required certificate validation, upload, binding, and post-installation HTTPS verification.

Approach

The work began with verification of the symptoms, review of the affected systems, and isolation of the most likely failure points. Configuration changes were handled carefully because production systems often involve more than one provider, such as a registrar, web host, DNS zone, server, and cloud email platform.
